Sue Deckrow | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Sue Deckrow, formerly of the late John Fricker, PA, has been involved in the Adoptions Field for almost 30 years. Sue is highly respected throughout the State of Florida as an expert and is frequently called upon for her knowledge. As a Paralegal and Case Manager, Sue has been directly involved with well over 2,000 adoptions while building strong relationships in the adoption community and legal fields. Her direct responsibilities include placing infants through older aged children with loving, caring and Home Study ready families. Sue is intimately involved in the day to day relationships with the Birth Mothers and Adoptive Families. She also works very closely with several Licensed Clinical Social Workers throughout the State of Florida that can provide Home Studies, Post Placements and Counseling. Sue is also a founding Board Member of Pregnancy and Family Resource Alliance (PAFRA). PAFRA attends annual Legislative sessions in Tallahassee with a direct emphasis on Family Law issues.

Shortly after the passing of Mr. Fricker, Sue’s desire was to continue her life’s work by helping others and to share the joy and love that comes from a very courageous act by the Birth Mother. Sue was able to do this by working with Thomas N. Fischgrund, Esq. who also had the opportunity of working with Mr. Fricker in the adoption community. Together, they continue the work that Sue began with Mr. Fricker.
